Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer
Last updated: August 2026
Please read this in full before you buy, install, or act on anything from Ask AI Trade. It applies to this website, to Unbiased Level Pro, to Breakout Heartbeat, to Diehard Trader, and to every message, chart, video, or example we publish anywhere.
1. Nothing here is investment advice
Everything we publish and everything our tools display is for informational and educational purposes only. It is general in nature, it is not tailored to your finances, goals, or risk tolerance, and it is not a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, derivative, currency, commodity, or other instrument. Before you act on anything, consult a qualified financial, legal, or tax professional who knows your situation.
2. We are not a registered adviser
Ask AI Trade is a software company. We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an Investment Adviser or as a Research Analyst, and we are not registered with, or regulated by, any securities, futures, or commodities authority in any other jurisdiction. We are not a broker, dealer, portfolio manager, or fund. We do not manage money and we do not offer personalised advice.
3. Trading is risky and most people lose money
Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for everyone. Leveraged products — futures, options, forex, CFDs — can lose money faster than the market moves, and losses can exceed your deposit with some brokers. A large majority of retail traders lose money. Never trade with borrowed funds or with capital you cannot afford to lose in full.
4. Past, hypothetical, and simulated results
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any backtest, replay, screenshot, chart marking, paper-trading result, or example we show is hypothetical. Hypothetical performance has inherent limitations: it is prepared with the benefit of hindsight, it does not involve financial risk, and no simulation can fully account for slippage, spread, commissions, latency, liquidity, partial fills, or the emotional pressure of trading real money. For these reasons, simulated results frequently differ — often sharply — from the results actually achieved in live markets. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
5. Automated and AI-driven trading
Diehard Trader is a published record of trades taken by our own AI traders. It does not connect to, place orders in, or manage your trading account, and there is nothing on it to buy. Those traders operate on paper: the market prices are real and live, the orders and fills are simulated. Simulated fills are optimistic by construction, so every figure published there is at best an upper bound on what live execution would have produced, and section 4 above applies to all of it.
Nothing published there is a signal, a recommendation, or an invitation to copy a trade. Automated and AI-driven trading carries risks beyond ordinary trading, including software errors, model or AI misjudgement, unexpected market conditions, internet or power outages, VPS or platform downtime, broker-side rejections and requotes, incorrect settings, and gaps or slippage around news and session opens. An automated strategy can lose money quickly and without warning. If you choose to trade anything you read there, you do so on your own analysis, at your own risk, with your own risk settings and position sizes.
6. Indicators and signals
Unbiased Level Pro plots levels and bias derived from price data, and Breakout Heartbeat marks reversals and rates the conditions around them. Their output is a visualisation, not a verdict. Levels can break, bias can flip, and any signal, alert, reading, or colour change is information for your own analysis — never an instruction to enter or exit a trade.
7. No guarantees, no typical results
We do not guarantee profits, win rates, returns, drawdown limits, or any particular outcome, and nobody speaking for us is authorised to. Testimonials, reviews, and user results are individual experiences, are not verified by us unless we state otherwise, and are not typical or representative of what you should expect.
8. Your account stays yours
We never take custody of your funds. We do not hold, pool, or withdraw client money, and we do not trade on a discretionary basis for anyone. Our indicators draw on your charts and place no orders at all; Diehard Trader trades only paper accounts of our own. Every trade in your account is your decision and your responsibility.
9. Third-party platforms, data, and trademarks
Our products run on platforms we do not own. TradingView is a trademark of TradingView, Inc. MetaTrader 5 and MT5 are trademarks of MetaQuotes Ltd. Ask AI Trade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView, MetaQuotes, any broker, or any exchange, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing, execution, or data. Market data reaches our tools through third parties, is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and may be delayed or wrong. Verify anything independently before you trade on it.
10. Compliance is your responsibility
Trading rules, product eligibility, leverage limits, and tax treatment differ by country. It is your responsibility to confirm that your use of our tools and your trading activity is lawful where you live, and to report and pay any taxes you owe.
11. Limitation of liability
Our products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ask AI Trade, its founders, employees, and partners are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our tools, our content, or this website.
12. Changes
We may update this disclosure at any time. The version published here is the one in force, and continued use of our website or products means you accept it.
